[ooc: From a women with lots of experience in this area, there is a time between when you are and when you'll know and short of modern medical things they can do now that aren't cheap like U/S, you aren't going to know for sure for some period of time afterward, even with pee-on-a-stick. But no worries. She's not.]
Guinevere frowned at first at Arthur's comment but did not speak. She knew that her husband spoke true when he told her he did not mistrust her skills. She would give him the peace of mind he needed and take Lady Marina with him. "As you wish, my King," Guinevere whispered.
"We will leave tomorrow after your war counsel, so that Lady Marina and I might ride to the Woads with your intentions known. Fear not, we will not be caught by the likes of Saxons and your Queen will return to your arms within a fortnight."

I hate this part...
Arthur peered at Guinevere as she frowned, suppressing a sigh; he didn’t want his Queen to be unhappy. He entwined their fingers, leading her to the bed, sitting on the edge. Arthur listened as Guinevere told him, her plans to leave after the war counsel. ”I will announce this …” His words were cut short as he heard a frantic knocking at the door; Arthur rose swiftly, jerking it open. ”What?” Remus bowed before the King, before he said. ”You must come with me, this is urgent. I fear the Saxon’s have arrived.”
Arthur turned around swiftly, slipping a shirt on over his bare upper torso, before glancing at Guinevere. ”Come.” The man walked down the corridor, following Remus. ”Do the people know already?” He asked, walking out into the bright moonlight, climbing the stone stairs, gazing at the field beyond Hadrian’s Wall. It was lit up like an over-sized fireplace, he heard the drums of the Saxons; they were here, for what, Arthur wasn’t entirely sure. This was not the full army, just a few hundred people, 600 at the most.”Please alert the knights, and war leaders that there will be a war counsel at dawn. We must do something.” Arthur said firmly, watching at Remus scurried away; he turned his troubled gaze to Guinevere.

This was the second time that Remus had interrupted them. The news could not be good, and Guinevere felt a heavy shadow fall on her shoulders as the door opened. Even before Arthur request that she follow him, she had already slipped behind her changing screen and shimmied off her nightgown. One of her more casual dresses lay slung over a chair, wrinkled. It would have to do. She slipped it on, then tucked her feet into a pair of light indoor slippers.
She was out from behind the screen before the words "Come," fell from Arthur's lips. She fell into place behind him, silently following. Her mind was in turmoil. Perhaps she should leave for the woods at once, even if riding at night was never considered to be a safe pasttime.
Her eyes gazed out at the fire and throng of people on the other side of the wall. Her heart beat faster - without that wall, the heathens may very well have attacked them in the night. She couldn't ride out to Merlin with the Saxon's on her heels at night, anymore than she could ride out during the day. "My King," she said softly, "I am not sure I'd wait for dawn. This is worth waking the men. You do not know what the Saxons may attempt with the cover of night to hide their steps. This army, standing so openly for us to gap at may well be a distraction against their true attack..."

Arthur could sense Guinevere’s nervousness, and in return, he wrapped his arm around her waist protectively. He looked at her, as she spoke about waking the men, she was right. He could not afford to be attacked, and his men were probably still awake, many of them went to the tavern, while some went to their respectful homes to spend time with their women. ”Remus, wake the knights. Tell them this is urgent.” He ran his hair threw his curly locks, before placing both hands on top of the wall, gazing down at the throng of people.
”My lord, we have information.” One of Arthur’s advisors bowed before him and Guinevere, then stood up straight, pointing a finger at the Saxon camp. ”I haves new that the people over this, are Adelmar and Caetrin, both Saxon heirs, both Cynric’s siblings. They have sent a letter stating that this is only for diplomatic reasons, my lord.” Arthur looked at his advisor, glancing up at the knights began to surround them, Lancelot with by Marina’s side, and Galahad was accompanied by Aurelia, a Princess of Rome. ”My knights, look beyond the wall, and you will see 500 Saxon men, and women claiming to be stationed outside of the wall for diplomatic reasons.”
Arthur turned to face the knights, leaning against the wall, his arm still wrapped around Guinevere’s waist. ”No diplomat needs 500 men and women. This is an army, for what, I have yet to find out. I am telling you now, be prepared for war; I fear the time has come.” He bit his bottom lip as the knights began to spread out on the wall, and look out beyond it, hatred was written on some of their faces.
