A few days after the arrival of the Saxons Late at night, the castle is quite. Caetrin traced a scarred finger over the castle blueprints, she had a way in, and a way out. Stepping back, she slid her knives into the sheathes hidden by the folds of her dress, and wrapped a tattered cloak around her torso. "Adelmar stays here, do not attack until I give the signal." She said, casting an icy glance at her servants following her around busily. Caetrin brushed some dirt against her cheeks, she could get by acting like a peasant. "You. Go with him. You guys are with me." Caetrin said, pulling the hood of her cloak over her head, hopefully to conceal her identity.
The group slid out of the back of the camp, staying hidden in the shadows as they made their way to the eastern entrance of the wall, the entrance closest to Helena. Coming upon the wall, she halted, signaling the small army to attack the wall. Within the next few minutes, the Saxons had already moved up the wall, some with bow and arrows, many of the arrows were fire ridden. Caetrin could hear screams and yells inside the city, smirking, as the guards rushed over to the main entrance; they were under attack, and most of the people had been asleep. "Come on."
Caetrin slipped inside of the castle, looking down meekly as knights and guards ran about. Two of her guards almost ran into some knights running about, drawing their swords; they slaughtered them and put the armor on. Peering down the hallway, the Princess's room was only guarded by a few guards, Guinevere, and Aly. Caetrin narrowed her brow, glancing at her men. ”Take them down, somebody must’ve told them. Kendall.” She muttered, as she lurched forward, the guards following behind her. Drawing a knife, she stuck it into one the guard’s neck, jerking it out hurriedly. One of the men aimed for Guinevere with a shield, hoping to knock her unconscious, while the other tried to hit Aly with another shield.
The Saxon Princess leaned against the wall, looking around the corner; none of the knights were heading this way, thankfully. ”Hurry.” She hissed, ducking as a shield came her way, and lunged for the Princess’s door.
